The Dublin Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit voluntary organisation that is funded primarily through membership subscriptions and concerts receipts. Orchestra funds cover running expenses, e.g. venue hire, music purchase/hire and professional musician fees such as soloists and conductors.
The DSO is always on the lookout for new members, especially 1st violins, violas, brass and percussion. We often have other vacancies too so it is always worth enquiring. If you think you are of a standard to play with us please enquire at
